Senior Advisers Featured in Zionsville Monthly
Two ZWIN members were quoted in the June 2017 issue of Zionsville Monthly. The article, titled “Serving Our Seniors,” highlights the work of members Lona Newton and Lisa Kellum. It describes how local individuals are meeting the needs of senior citizens in our community.
The section “Selecting a New Home” explains Newton’s work. Newton’s business, called Senior Living Advisor, assists families with finding the best living situation for their needs. As a former sales director at a senior living community, Newton has years of experience. She says the personal attention she gives her clients is what sets her business apart.
Further into the article, the “Medical Billing” section recognizes Kellum’s company. My Billing Advocate offers daily money management services. The company helps clients organize, reconcile, and pay their monthly bills. As an added benefit, the company is often able to find errors and save clients money. Kellum loves knowing that her work helps reduce stress in her clients lives.
