Bailee is the Development Director for Morning Dove Therapeutic Riding Center where she handles the following duties: Fundraising, Community relations, Donor Development, Event Management. She also provides equine-assisted therapies and activities for adults and children with physical, cognitive, and/or emotional challenges.  Bailee graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations.

She is so happy to be a part of ZWIN and be able to network with other women in the Zionsville community. She loves her job because she is able to spread awareness about equine therapy and the numerous benefits it has for many individuals in our community. Bailee also volunteers in lessons and has taught the Heroes on Board program for veterans.

Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with family and friends. She lives in Avon with her husband, Justin, for 6 years and they have 2 boys, Sullivan and Samuel.
