Cierria Schmalzried, Branch Manager VP with BMO Harris Bank, has been in the banking industry for 19 years.  As a branch manager, Cierria is responsible for growing her book of business, coaching and training her staff, collaborating with business partners, inputting personal and business loans from start to finish, educating clients about various financing options, and prospecting in the community.  Her area of expertise is in Business Banking, where she has a passion for working with business owners.

Cierria has a Master’s degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana State University and  also graduated from the Hamilton County Leadership Academy in 2014.  She also serves as the Treasurer of Prevail in Noblesville, which is a non-profit organization that offers support to victims and their families who have suffered from abuse.  You can expect 100% transparency, a banker who takes a holistic approach at your financial picture, and who has impeccable follow-up skills when working with Cierria.

Cierria enjoys learning new things and experiencing new things.  She has a passion for traveling, and takes several trips throughout the year, mostly staying in Bed & Breakfasts.  She enjoys cooking and banking, and lives in Indianapolis with her husband of 9 years.
