Triple E Property Management was founded by Evona and her husband Edwin Watson II. They have managed investment properties for over fifteen years in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Evona is the Principal Broker for the company. The couple took on their first real estate project in 2002. After completing the project full circle they decided to become active real estate investors and continued to purchase several properties. Because of their huge success in managing their personal investments many friends, family members and co-workers looked to them for advice on handling their real estate issues. Eventually the request required Edwin and Evona to become more involved with managing and making decisions on behalf of other investors and property owners. This is when the couple decided to start Triple E Property Management.
Evona and the Triple E team understands the concerns and financial goals of property owners. They are committed to finding the most qualified tenant, providing the highest returns and protecting your real estate investment. They pride themselves on being very professional and providing the highest level of customer service.
Evona is a graduate of Butler University with a bachelors degree in Accounting. She has two sons Edwin III and Evan Watson.
