Lucy Dollens has lived in Zionsville, Indiana, for 11 years.   Lucy is one of the founding partners who opened the Indianapolis office for the well-established and nationally recognized law firm Quarles & Brady LLP in May of 2014.  Quarles & Brady LLP is a 475-lawyer, full service law firm with offices in Chicago, IL; Madison and Milwaukee, WI; Naples and Tampa, FL; Phoenix and Tucson, AZ; Washington, D.C., and now Indianapolis, IN.

Lucy Dollens concentrates her practice in commercial litigation. She handles all aspects of business litigation disputes, including advising clients on a broad range of contractual issues prior to the initiation of litigation. Her practice extends to federal and state trial and appellate courts, bankruptcy courts, proceedings involving governmental agencies and regulators, and class actions. Additionally, Lucy represents and advises clients on the enforcement of restrictive covenants in employment contracts and with respect to premises liability issues.  Licensed in both Indiana and West Virginia, Lucy also defends financial institutions, loan servicers, credit card issuers, and a broad range of consumer finance companies regarding litigation disputes.  Lucy has also worked closely with financial institutions, advising on internal processes and governance matters with respect to compliance and regulatory issues.  Lucy's practice also focuses on appellate litigation, where she represents individuals and corporate clients in both state and federal appellate courts on a broad range of legal issues. Finally, she represents amicus curiae parties regarding significant issues of Indiana law before Indiana’s Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
